Job summary

CBRE Government & Defense Services in Monroe, NC is seeking a Commercial Cleaning Lead to supervise cleaners, ensure a clean, safe environment for employees and clients, and coordinate daily activities.

Shift: Monday - Friday 7:00am - 3:30pm. The role requires at least 5 years of related experience and prior supervisory experience; a High School Diploma or equivalent is required. Strong organizational skills and MS Office knowledge are valued.

Qualifications

• Required: High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Equivalent combination of education and relevant experience may be considered.
• Minimum of 5 years of job-related experience.
• Prior shift manager or supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage the team's daily activities. Establish work schedules, assign tasks and cross-train staff.
• Schedule daily staff meetings and required in-service training sessions.
• Check cleaning equipment condition and order supplies; ensure safe storage.
• Coordinate with clients and employees; handle complaints and feedback.
• Inspect work and submit daily cleanliness reports.
