Job summary

CBRE - Government & Defense is seeking a part-time, on-site Cleaning Lead for the Monroe location to oversee a team of cleaners and ensure a clean, safe environment for employees and clients.

The role requires a minimum of 5 years in a supervisory capacity, strong organizational skills, and familiarity with Microsoft Office. You will coordinate daily activities, train staff, and liaise with clients to maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Equivalent combination of education and relevant experience may be considered.
• Minimum of 5 years of job-related experience.
• Prior shift manager or supervisory experience.
• Occasional exposure to environmental conditions such as heat, cold, noise, dust, dirt, and chemicals.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
• Excellent organizational skills with a master-level inquisitive mindset.

• Initiate regular training on procedures for the use of chemical cleaners.
• Ensure standardized cleaning process meets company standards.
• Provide daily cleaning support toprivate areasof the buildingdesignatedas needed.
• Resolve complex problems and identifyappropriate approachesto existing solutions toaccomplishteamobjectives.
• Mayestablishnew techniques to ensure the team is able to meet itsobjectives.
• Hasa direct impact onteamobjectivesas well as theobjectivesof related teams.
• Ensure personal and team outcomes have a positive impact on customerobjectives.
• Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE-GDS values.

As a CBRE, Government & Defense Services Commercial Cleaning Lead, you are responsible for overseeing the work activities of cleaners within the site. You will supervise the staff responsible for ensuring a clean, orderly, and safe environment for employees and clients.

Part Time - 3rd Shift

• Requires the ability to explain complex concepts or sensitive information.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
