Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional civil engineering experience.

• Experience mentoring junior engineering staff is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple civil engineering projects from planning and design through permitting and completion.
• Direct and oversee 2–3 entry-level engineers, including daily check-ins and task delegation.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and deliverables.
• Monitor progress and address issues affecting budget, schedule, or scope.
• Maintain client relationships and provide regular project updates to stakeholders.
