Job summary

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering required; master’s preferred.
• EIT or PE licensure encouraged.
• Experience managing infrastructure projects through life cycle.
• Experience with environmental permitting and regulatory coordination preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain project schedules across planning to closeout.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and regulatory agencies.
• Prepare project status, financial, and management reports.
• Assist with grant applications and funding requests.
• Monitor scope, schedule, budget, quality, and safety considerations.
