Job summary

Pritchard Industries, Inc. is seeking a Chief Engineer to lead on-site maintenance for a commercial building portfolio. You will serve as the primary liaison with the client Facilities Management Team and oversee all engineering and mechanical services to keep equipment running safely and efficiently.

The role requires coordinating maintenance, managing the PM program, and reporting to management. Strong leadership, budget awareness, and safety focus are essential for success.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2+ years supervisory experience.
• Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, life/safety and plumbing ops in commercial buildings.
• Experience with safety, code compliance, and budgeting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee organization and functioning of Maintenance Engineering Department.
• Maintain high performance standards in maintenance activities.
• Assist in PM program development and CMMS implementation.
• Coordinate work schedules with management.
• Provide daily, weekly, and monthly reports to Management.
