Stevens Transport is seeking a 3rd Party CDL Examiner to administer state and federal CDL tests at Stevens Driving Academy in Dallas. You will ensure testing reflects required skills and maintain precise records for regulatory submission.

Responsibilities include fair evaluation, feedback to students, and staying updated on CDL regulations to keep testing compliant. On-site at HQ in Dallas, with collaboration across the training team.

Qualifications

• Certified 3rd Party CDL Examiner with relevant testing experience.
• In-depth knowledge of CDL state and federal rules and testing standards.
• Accurate record-keeping and attention to detail essential.
• Excellent communication and ability to provide constructive feedback.

Responsabilités

• Administer CDL skills and knowledge tests in compliance with regulations.
• Evaluate students fairly and accurately during testing.
• Maintain thorough test records and file with regulatory bodies.
• Provide detailed feedback to students post-test on strengths and improvements.
• Stay current with CDL testing regulation changes to ensure compliance.
• Report discrepancies or safety concerns to the CDL School Director.
• Support curriculum improvements based on test results and performance.
• Assist instructors with insights to enhance CDL training materials.
• Collaborate with the Director and team to meet performance metrics.
