CTDI is seeking a hands-on professional to install and maintain CATV head-end equipment and STB test processes in a fast-paced environment. The role works with engineering and operations teams to prepare procedures and optimize repair workflows.

You will troubleshoot, interface with customers on NPI work, and generate technical documentation. The position requires lifting up to 50 lbs, strong time management, and the ability to work with diverse teams.

• Familiarity with Cable TV (CATV) and Data Over Cable Service Interface Specification (DOCSIS) technology.
• Familiarity with IP networks and Linux a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Install and maintain CATV head-end equipment with our corporate team.
• Prepare Test Procedures for STB repair and clean and screen processes with engineering and operations.
• Support tools and processes to optimize STB testing and repair across branches.
• Maintain mechanical equipment (conveyors, robots, motors, pneumatic devices, control devices, scanners, etc.).
• Understand equipment operation and basic troubleshooting for controls (PLC, WES, WCS).
• Interface with customers on New Product Introduction work for new STB models.
• Analyze technical requirements for test systems, products, and repair processes.
• Generate documents such as test procedures, schematics, flowcharts, and status reports.
• Support local branches on technical requirements and consult with other branches.
