Job summary

CTDI is seeking a hands-on technician to install and maintain CATV head-end equipment and set-top box systems in our Texas operations. The role requires quick learning in a fast-paced environment, with shift from 6:00AM to 2:30PM, Monday-Friday.

You will lead test procedure development, collaborate with engineering and operations, and support branch testing and repair efforts while handling equipment maintenance and customer-facing tasks.

Qualifications

• Experience with CATV head-end equipment, STB testing and repair processes.
• Ability to generate test procedures, flowcharts and technical documentation.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Install and maintain CATV head-end equipment with corporate team.
• Prepare test procedures for STB repair and screen processes.
• Support tools and processes to optimize testing and repair of STB.
