Job summary

Lib's Catering, the off-premise catering arm of #GoodGroup, is seeking an HR & Operations Coordinator to own hiring, onboarding, scheduling, IDP coordination, and payroll accuracy. This on-site role sits at our Owings Mills facility with hybrid expectations and occasional store-level meetings.

You will work closely with kitchen, warehouse, and sales teams, manage platform tools, and lead IDP cycles, training, and event staffing.

Qualifications

• Experience in HR coordination, operations, or hospitality management in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, schedules, onboarding checklists, and payroll reconciliation.
• Strong communication, direct accountability, and proactive problem solving.
• Fluency with common people systems and willingness to learn platform tools.

Responsibilities

• Own hiring funnel from application to onboarding and certifications.
• Manage onboarding, payroll setup, scheduling, and IDP coordination.
• Coordinate event staffing, weekly schedule alignment, and vendor relationships.
• Ensure payroll accuracy across systems and maintain up-to-date documentation.
• Lead quarterly training and coaching initiatives for catering teams.
• Maintain team site docs, SOPs, and operation communications.
