Job summary

Lib's Catering is the off-premise catering arm of #GoodGroup, operating under Nicola, Inc. This on-site role sits at Owings Mills, MD, with hybrid expectations and regular events requiring presence at the warehouse, events, and Lib's Grill locations.

The HR & Operations Coordinator owns people systems, including hiring, onboarding, scheduling, and payroll accuracy, reporting to the CHO/CHRO. The right candidate will build relationships with kitchen, warehouse, and sales teams, understand work

Qualifications

• Experience in HR coordination and operations in hospitality.
• Ability to read room and anticipate staffing needs.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Comfort with scheduling and payroll processes.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced events environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee hiring funnel from application to certification.
• Coordinate onboarding: Toast Payroll setup, 7Shifts access, orientation.
• Develop and manage event schedules six weeks ahead.
• Reconcile time entries and payroll with 7Shifts and Toast.
• Lead or coordinate quarterly training sessions for catering teams.
• Maintain team documentation and internal systems (KanbanFlow, Google Workspace).
