Job summary

Hard Rock Casino Northern Indiana is seeking a Surveillance Operator to monitor the casino floor, parking areas, and back-of-house spaces using video systems and written logs. You will help ensure compliance with gaming regulations and assist in emergencies while maintaining guest relations.

The role requires a high school diploma, 1+ year in security/gaming, strong observation and computer literacy, and the ability to work flexible shifts. A background check and drug screen are mandatory.

Qualifications

• Analytical, observational, organizational and communication skills are required.
• High school education is required; related experience preferred in security/gaming.
• Must be able to operate computer systems and surveillance software.
• Must obtain and maintain licenses/certifications per regulatory bodies.

• Must be 21 years or older.

Responsibilities

• Observe, monitor, and record activity on the casino floor, parking, and back‑of‑house areas.
• Record events in table games, slots, cage, and counts.
• Comply with company standards and gaming regulations.
• Assist in coordination of emergencies and incident response.
• Disclose irregularities to management for review.
• Clean and sanitize work and public spaces as needed.
