You will coordinate safety drills, device management, onboarding, and daily operations, ensuring exceptional service and rapid issue resolution for students, staff, and families.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in any field.
• At least 1 year of office coordination or facilities support experience.
• At least 6 months of hands-on IT troubleshooting and device management.
• Strong communication with parents, students, and vendors.
• Ability to own campus operations and make decisions.
• Authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
• Available to work in-person at Greenwich, CT campus (also other campuses listed).

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary point of contact for parents, students, and staff with clear, timely communication.
• Manage campus safety operations, drills, and health incident documentation.
• Oversee daily campus operations including attendance, facilities, transportation, and logistics.
• Support onboarding and training for new staff on campus operations.
• Manage student devices and campus technology as the on-site tech liaison.
