Job summary

Fieldprint in Mt. Laurel, NJ is seeking a Training Specialist responsible for developing and delivering training programs aligned with ISO9000:2015 standards. The role focuses on creating educational materials, conducting classroom training, and maintaining training curricula for the Call Center staff.

On-site, Monday–Friday 9:30am–5:30pm (flexible to 9:00–5:00 for training); salary $18–$20 per hour. A driver's license and reliable transportation are required for occasional training travel to

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or GED is required.
• A college degree is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Train new applicant services employees and support experienced staff to improve performance.
• Create educational materials, conduct training sessions, and keep staff motivated during training.
• Assist in facilitating on-the-job coaching when necessary.
• Develop and maintain training curricula and materials for FP Call Center staff.
• Identify skill gaps affecting agent performance and plan refresher training.
