This is an in-office position with no remote work available at this time. The role emphasizes problem-solving, reliability, and collaboration with engineers and surveyors to ensure accurate designs and timely client submittals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Two years of direct work with Carlson Precision 3D or Civil 3D preferred.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD is required.

Responsibilities

• Render and communicate design plans using design software.
• Perform analyses and calculations as per project requirements.
• Coordinate with engineers and surveyors on model accuracy and design documentation.
• Prepare project documentation for client submittals.
• Modify designs based on feedback and develop solutions.
• Provide timely technical assistance.
• Handle multiple projects simultaneously.
