Project Resources Group (PRG) is seeking a Cable & Telecom Damage Specialist for on-site work in the Columbus, OH area. In this hands-on role, you will collect, analyze, and review evidence related to third-party utility damages to determine liability.

Qualifications

• Must possess a valid and current driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and auto insurance meeting state/federal requirements.
• Must be willing and able to utilize a personal vehicle for work-related travel.
• Must possess strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform on-site assessments of underground and aerial cable plant damages.
• Conduct interviews at damage sites with contractors, technicians, witnesses, police, homeowners, etc.
• Photograph and document the damaged scene to accurately portray and determine liability.
• Collaborate with the client’s locate company and exchange relevant damage information.
• Analyze and review all evidence related to third-party utility damage for determining liability.
