JOB SUMMARY:
The Business Analyst is responsible for building, testing, implementing, and supporting the electronic health record (EHR), including release upgrades, system optimization, and process improvement activities related to business operations. This role supports new initiatives while maintaining systems to ensure regulatory compliance and operational effectiveness. The Business Analyst participates in multidisciplinary workgroups to identify and implement technical and application-based best practices that enhance healthcare operations and align with the organization's mission and strategic objectives. Working collaboratively with teams across the organization, the Business Analyst also provides hands‑on training and support as needed while consistently demonstrating the F.I.R.S.T. values of Friendliness, Innovation, Respect, Service, and Trust.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS, DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsible for the build and support of various modules of the EHR, including but not limited to:
Leadership
Communication
Operations

Travel as necessary to any location with mileage paid by the organization.

EQUIPMENT USED/SPECIAL SKILLS REQUIRED:
3 or more years of business operations experience
Bachelor degree preferred in a healthcare/business relevant field
