Qualifications

• 84 months of experience authoring technical and business process documentation (user guides, training manuals, processes, policies, procedures).
• 36 months of experience creating user-facing documentation for enterprise apps serving 1,000+ users.
• 36 months of experience working with technical staff and stakeholders to model and analyze processes.
• 36 months of experience preparing testing materials (plans, scenarios, scripts) and tracking/reporting.

Responsibilities

• Develop training environments and documentation for multiple technology needs with SMEs, developers, training staff and users.
• Produce user-facing documents adhering to WCAG 2.2 AA and accessibility benchmarks.
