Job summary

Findlay Tall Timbers Distribution Center is seeking a Business Systems Analyst to connect operations with technology and optimize processes. You'll partner with leaders across IT and logistics to define system requirements and guide tech-driven improvements.

The role emphasizes migrating to commercial software, becoming the go-to expert on business apps, reporting, and data structures, while ensuring smooth testing and rollout across sites.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in IT, CS or related field required.
3 to 5 years as Business/Systems Analyst or similar role.
Experience with distribution or supply chain workflows preferred.
Proficiency in Power BI and data reporting concepts.
Experience with testing, requirements gathering, and PM processes.

Responsibilities

Translate business needs into clear system requirements.
Bridge operations and IT for software implementations.
Support migration from custom systems to commercial software.
Develop expertise in business applications, reporting tools, and data structures.
Liaise with software vendors and manage escalations.
Lead testing, UAT, and rollout activities with IT and Ops.
Document processes, workflows, and user adoption efforts.
Build reporting capabilities with Power BI and Snowflake.
