McKesson is seeking an Operations Supervisor - Bulk Operations in Grapevine, TX. You will lead a fast-paced bulk warehouse team responsible for picking, packing, loading, and shipping, ensuring orders are accurate, safe, and on time.

The role focuses on warehouse operations, bulk distribution, logistics, and inventory management with opportunities to drive productivity and quality improvements. On-site role with a Mon-Fri schedule, some overtime may be required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years leading teams in warehouse, distribution, logistics, or supply chain operations.
• Experience managing warehouse workflows and employee productivity.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word).
• Ability to work Monday–Friday, 10:00 AM to Completion.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily bulk warehouse operations, including picking, packing, staging, and loading
• Supervise, train, and develop warehouse associates
• Assign work and adjust staffing to meet daily production and shipping goals
• Monitor productivity, quality, and operational performance
• Conduct quality checks to ensure order accuracy and reduce damages
• Troubleshoot operational issues and implement solutions to improve efficiency
• Ensure inventory is handled properly and accurately
• Partner with inventory, transportation, logistics, and customer service teams to resolve issues and improve processes
• Review operational reports and performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety procedures, and operational standards
• Support continuous improvement initiatives focused on productivity, quality, and cost savings
