Job summary

McKesson is seeking an Operations Supervisor – Bulk Operations in Grapevine, TX. You will lead daily bulk warehouse activities, supervise and develop staff, and ensure safe, accurate, on-time order fulfillment in a fast-paced distribution center.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in warehouse/logistics roles and 1+ year of supervisory experience, with proficiency in warehouse systems and Microsoft Office. Overtime may be required based on business needs.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in warehouse, distribution, logistics, fulfillment, or supply chain operations.
• 1+ year of leadership or supervisory experience.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Experience using warehouse systems, inventory systems, or labor management tools.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word).

Responsibilities

• Lead daily bulk warehouse operations, including picking, packing, staging, and loading.
• Supervise, train, and develop warehouse associates.
• Assign work and adjust staffing to meet daily production and shipping goals.
• Monitor productivity, quality, and operational performance.
• Conduct quality checks to ensure order accuracy and reduce damages.
• Partner with inventory, transportation, logistics, and customer service teams to resolve issues.
