Responsibilities

Lead daily bulk warehouse operations including picking, packing, staging, and loading.
Supervise, train, and develop warehouse associates.
Adjust staffing to meet daily production and shipping goals.
Monitor productivity, quality, and operational performance.
Ensure inventory is handled properly and accurately.
Partner with inventory, transportation, logistics, and customer service teams to resolve issues.
Review reports to identify opportunities for improvement.
Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment.
Ensure compliance with policies and safety procedures.
Support continuous improvement initiatives focused on productivity, quality, and cost savings.
