Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with trades-related maintenance experience or training.
• valid driver’s license from state of residence.
• Journeyman’s license in HVAC, electrical, or plumbing preferred; higher licenses for advancement.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance and repair of HVAC equipment, controls, and components.
• Check gauges, calibrate boilers and air conditioners, adjust burners for efficiency.
• Calibrate and maintain building control systems; test and document performance.
• Monitor BAS/EMS, clear alarms, and log readings.
• Repair plumbing fixtures and drainage, replace parts as needed.
• Access work orders, communicate with vendors, and input data in systems.
• Read blueprints to locate equipment and diagnose issues.
• Respond to after-hours emergency repairs when on call.
• Perform other duties as required.
