Arlington is seeking an HVAC Technician II to maintain and repair heating, ventilation and air conditioning, refrigeration, and energy management systems in town buildings. You will troubleshoot electrical circuits and controls, and ensure safe operation in all facilities.

Responsibilities include preventive maintenance, working with Direct Digital Control systems, and keeping up with required licenses. This role requires physical work in indoor/outdoor settings with various safety

Qualifications

• High school diploma and 3 years in HVAC trade or equivalent.
• Experience with Johnson Controls is a plus.
• EPA license, Massachusetts Refrigeration license and MA Driver's License required.

Responsabilités

• Perform preventive and corrective HVAC maintenance on systems and controls.
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical circuitry and mechanical equipment.
• Ensure compliance with codes and safety standards in all buildings.
• Operate Direct Digital Control and Energy Management System features.
• Inspect and repair exhaust systems, motors, belts and related components.
• Maintain inventory of tools and supplies and use CMMS for work orders.
