Job summary

The City of New York seeks an Assistant Resident Building Supervisor to oversee daily maintenance operations at development and supervise repair work and move-outs. Qualifications

One year of permanent service in a supervisor or related housing care position is preferred.
Four years of high school diploma or equivalent plus building operation/maintenance experience.
Experience supervising multiple staff and coordinating repairs in large tenanted buildings.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily maintenance operations at development sites.
Supervise repair of structures and equipment; maintain roof tanks, standpipe and sprinkler systems; manage labor and materials.
Monitor inventory, perform PHAS prep follow-ups, and oversee move-out preparations.
Track work orders in Maximo and deploy staff for repairs.
