Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Serve food in employee cafeteria for associate meals.
• Coordinate daily menus with Chef.
• Prepare meals consisting of entrees, a vegetable, a starch, and salad bar.
• Manage portion control and avoid spoilage and waste.
• Complete opening duties and station setup.
• Maintain knowledge of departmental policies and safety standards.
• Ensure food quality and safety standards are met daily.
• Follow 4 Keys service standards and safety procedures.
• Work cohesively with coworkers and other departments.
