Job summary

CSC Digital Brand Services in Wilmington, Delaware is seeking a 3D Reporting Analyst to join our team. This hybrid role combines on-site collaboration with remote work two days per week to monitor and enforce online IP misuse for major brands using our proprietary software and open-source research.

You will report on brand abuse, compile consultative reports, and analyze large data sets to identify trends with strong attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Strong internet research skills and IP brand protection knowledge.
• Understanding of online trademark and copyright infringements.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word).

Responsibilities

• Review, analyze and enforce on web results related to IP misuse.
• Collaborate with global teams to align with brand monitoring strategy.
• Use open-source resources to investigate fraudulent activity.
• Create and deliver reports showing brand abuse online appearances.
• Analyze large datasets to identify trends or anomalies.
• Be self-driven and maintain exceptional customer service.
