Job summary

Bold Reuse in Seattle seeks a Branch Supervisor to lead on-site operations, drive production, and build scalable processes. You will supervise service contracts, guide team performance, and partner with leadership to refine workflows for new and existing clients.

Strong communication is essential to align vision and priorities across the organization. The ideal candidate has 4+ years in operations, a track record of meeting goals, and a commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement

Qualifications

• 4+ years of operations or production experience.
• Track record of meeting or exceeding departmental performance goals.
• Familiarity with service operations structures and processes.
• Strong team dynamics skills: hire, promote, train and support a diverse team.
• Willingness to work hands-on to hit KPI and revenue goals.
• Excellent communication across stakeholders: team, management, clients.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Willingness to become certified and operate heavy equipment (forklift, pallet jacks).

Responsibilities

• Support, mentor, hire, and motivate the operations team.
• Improve processes to maximize operational efficiency.
• Build weekly employee schedules based on operational needs.
• Establish clear performance expectations and monitor KPIs.
• Provide ongoing feedback to support growth of individuals and the team.
• Collaborate with leadership to drive continuous performance improvement.
• Understand client requirements to prioritize resources effectively.
• Oversee safety, quality, and productivity; enforce safe practices.
• Identify gaps, take corrective actions, and maintain contingency plans.
• Maintain standard operating procedures and preventive maintenance.
• Communicate clearly across all levels of the organization.
• Keep leadership informed of progress and issues affecting production.
• Lead regular team meetings for open communication and problem solving.
• Troubleshoot effectively under pressure.
• Share daily operational plans with team and leadership.
• Work with the team on reusables processing, sanitation, and logistics.
