Talentify in Auburn, WA is seeking a Bookkeeper/Accounting Specialist for a full-time, on-site role. You will handle AP/AR, payroll, and month-end close while working closely with accounting, operations, and HR. This is a hands-on position in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.

Highlights include a daytime schedule, no overtime, and a potential pathway toward broader accounting responsibilities within a lean team. Strong Excel skills and confidentiality are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of combined AP, AR, payroll, and/or general accounting experience, including at least 4 years in direct AP/AR/general accounting.
• Hands-on experience with invoice processing and GL coding.
• Working knowledge of general accounting principles.
• Experience supporting payroll for around 100 employees.
• Strong Excel skills with formulas and data entry.
• Experience in a manufacturing or construction environment.

Responsabilités

• Process AP invoices, match to POs/receiving docs, and code to GL accounts.
• Prepare weekly AP checks and maintain vendor records.
• Manage corporate credit card transactions (coding, payments, reconciliations).
• Process AR invoices and customer payments accurately and timely.
• Assist with payroll for ~100 employees and ensure confidentiality.
• Assist with month-end close, fixed assets, depreciation, and reconciliations.
• Support benefits administration and onboarding tasks as needed.
• Provide accounting support and identify process improvements.
