Job summary

Hoffman Construction is seeking a BIM Manager to join the on-site BIM Department on a high-tech semiconductor project in Boise, Idaho. You will lead, mentor, and coordinate BIM activities across all project phases, collaborating with Project Managers, Architects, Engineers, and Contractors to maximize BIM efficiency.

Reporting to the Program BIM Manager, you will help develop standards, train teams, and oversee 3D modeling, 4D scheduling, and data exchange while working closely with IT and BIM

Qualifications

• 6–8 years in the architectural, engineering or construction (AEC) industry.
• Experience on industrial or advanced manufacturing projects is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead, train, and supervise local BIM team for project delivery.
• Represent Hoffman in client meetings and demonstrate BIM best practices.
• Drive implementation of BIM modeling and collaboration platforms across large-scale projects.
• Coordinate BIM processes with IT and BIM staff to maintain standards.
