Jobot is seeking a BIM Technician / Revit Designer to support the design and development of water and wastewater facilities and other complex engineering projects in Houston, TX. The ideal candidate has hands-on Autodesk Revit experience in an engineering or industrial design environment, including process piping, mechanical systems, HVAC, or MEP.

Formación

• Experience using Revit to create 3D models and construction drawings.
• 2+ years Revit/BIM with associate degree or 6+ years with HS diploma/GED.
• On-site work in Houston/Bellaire area and coordination with engineers.

Responsabilidades

• Develop detailed 3D BIM models using Autodesk Revit.
• Create construction drawings, plans, sections, details, and sets.
• Support design of water and wastewater facilities and related infrastructure.
• Coordinate Revit models across disciplines to resolve design conflicts.
• Maintain Revit families, templates, standards, and workflows.
• Mentor junior BIM technicians when appropriate.
