Job summary

Hoffman Construction seeks an on-site BIM Integrator for a high-tech semiconductor project in Boise, Idaho. You will bridge the BIM team with Construction Management, Field Supervision, Scheduling, and Estimating to keep workflows aligned with fabrication needs.

The role requires 4–7 years in AEC, specific industrial/manufacturing project experience, and a strong BIM/toolset including BIM, AutoCAD, Revit, Navisworks, Procore, and Forma.

Qualifications

• 4–7 years in the AEC industry required.
• Industrial/advanced manufacturing project experience required.
• Associates or Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with construction managers and trades on model delivery and sequencing.
• Develop and maintain submittal tracking reports and dashboards.
• Perform risk analysis to identify delays and mitigation steps.
• Collaborate with BIM coordinators to maintain review/approval schedules.
