Job summary

Hoffman Construction is seeking a BIM Integrator to join the on-site BIM Department for a high-tech semiconductor construction project in Boise, Idaho. The role liaises between BIM and Construction Management, Field Supervision, Scheduling, and Estimating, reporting to the BIM Manager and project coordinators.

This is a fully on-site position with opportunity for growth. Required 4–7 years in AEC, with experience in industrial or advanced manufacturing projects.

Qualifications

• 4–7 years in architectural, engineering, or construction (AEC) industry required.
• Experience in industrial/advanced manufacturing projects preferred.
• HS diploma or GED required.
• Associates or Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with Construction Managers and trade partners to align model component delivery with fabrication requirements and sequencing.
• Develop, implement, and maintain a comprehensive submittal tracking system with accurate reports and dashboards.
• Perform risk analysis on subcontractor workflows to identify and mitigate delays and issues.
• Collaborate with BIM Coordinators to maintain a reliable model review and approval schedule.
• Partner with the data team to ensure workflow automation tools remain current and accurate.
