Job summary

Hensel Phelps is seeking a BIM Engineer for an on-site, full-time role at a designated location. You will work with the design manager, field engineers, office engineers, project engineers and VDC engineers to support model management and 3D coordination across disciplines.

This entry-level position emphasizes reality capture workflows, model development, and coordination so drawings, AR/VR, and lift drawings are prepared in alignment with project goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in architecture, interior design or engineering.
• Experience with Revit and Navisworks or equivalent BIM systems.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Participate in on-site training and BIM coordination activities.
• Support model management, data organization and laser scanning workflows.
• Assist in VDC project execution plans and coordination across trades.
• Help prepare models for lift drawings, AR/VR and construction use.
• Contribute to daily transmittals, quality logs and safety processes.
