Kobelco Aluminum Products & Extrusions Inc. in Bowling Green, KY is seeking an HR Benefits & Payroll Administrator to manage payroll, benefits, and HR administration at our manufacturing facility.

You will collaborate with HR, Accounting, and Production to ensure accurate biweekly payroll, benefits administration, and responsive employee support across shifts. On-site role with focus on accuracy and confidentiality. This position emphasizes compliance and timely responses to employee inquiries.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in HR, Accounting, or business administration preferred; equivalent experience considered.
• 2+ years of payroll, benefits, or HR operations experience preferred.
• Manufacturing payroll experience strongly preferred.
• Proficient with HRIS and payroll systems; Paycor is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, communication, and problem-solving.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and meet deadlines.

Responsabilités

• Process biweekly payroll for hourly and salaried employees.
• Review timecards, overtime, shift differentials, attendance, paid time off, bonuses, and payroll adjustments.
• Resolve timekeeping and payroll discrepancies with Supervisors.
• Administer medical, dental, vision, life, disability, and retirement benefits.
• Coordinate new-hire enrollment, qualifying life events, open enrollment, and benefit terminations.
• Reconcile benefit invoices, payroll deductions, and employee contributions.
• Maintain accurate employee records in HRIS, payroll, and timekeeping systems.
• Process employee status changes, new-hire documentation, and termination records.
• Respond to employee questions about pay, deductions, benefits, and timekeeping.
• Support payroll reporting, year-end activities, audits, and applicable compliance requirements.
