The ideal candidate has 6–8 years of bench sales recruiting experience in IT consulting or staffing, deep familiarity with US staffing processes (C2C, W2) and work authorization basics, plus proven negotiation, networking, and relationship-building

Qualifications

6-8 years of bench sales recruiting experience in IT staffing or consulting.
Experience in fast-paced, target-driven environments with multiple openings.
Familiarity with US staffing processes (C2C, W2) and basic immigration considerations.
Strong negotiation, networking and relationship-building with vendors, clients and consultants.
Excellent written and verbal communication with professional client interaction.

Responsibilities

Source and market bench consultants to existing and new clients.
Coordinate interviews and follow up to ensure smooth onboarding.
Manage accounts and track consultant pipelines; maintain recruitment records.
Collaborate with internal teams to meet placement targets for 6-8 year consultants.
Maintain strong vendor and client relationships to expand business opportunities.
