Job summary

Aspiranet seeks a compassionate Program Director to lead Behavioral Health programs in California. You will oversee operational, fiscal, and programmatic aspects, working with staff, community agencies, and funders to deliver quality services.

Lead budgeting, reporting, and compliance while supervising staff, coordinating with licensing bodies, and ensuring ethical, confidential service delivery. On-site role in Hanford, CA with mission-driven culture.

Qualifications

• Current registration with the Board of Behavioral Sciences as an ACSW, AMFT, or APCC is required.
• Master’s Degree in a discipline approved by the Department of Community Care Licensing.
• Three years of full-time social work or casework in family or child welfare, or two years in foster/adoption.
• Minimum of 2 years of management experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop local annual core program strategic plan and budget.
• Manage core programs to operational, contractual, budgetary, and practice standards.
• Operate programming within budgetary limits and complete financial reporting on time.
• Complete administrative paperwork (timesheets, mileage, time off requests, expense reimbursements, weekly recaps, weekly schedules).
• Work with CPD II on shared operational issues and pooled costs.
• Ensure compliance with Joint Commission safety standards and agency policies.
• Manage reporting, complaint, and grievance procedures with agency, licensing, and funders.
• Implement Best Practice and Quality Assurance efforts with data tracking and outcomes.
