Job summary

The Behavioral Health Program Director at Aspiranet in Hanford, CA leads operational, fiscal and program oversight for core behavioral health services. You will supervise staff, coordinate with partners, ensure compliance, and drive quality outcomes to support children, youth and families.

This exempt, on-site leadership role requires strong management experience, a Master’s degree in a relevant field, and current licensure with the Board of Behavioral Sciences.

Qualifications

• Current registration with the Board of Behavioral Sciences as ACSW, AMFT, or APCC is required.
• Master’s Degree in a discipline approved by the Department of Community Care Licensing.
• Three years of full-time social work or casework in family/child welfare, or two years in foster/adoption.
• Minimum of 2 years of management experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop local annual core program strategic plan and budget.
• Manage core program to standards and budgets, with timely financial reporting.
• Prepare administrative paperwork and recaps on time.
• Coordinate with CPD II and staff on shared operational issues.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and policy requirements.
• Oversee reporting, grievances and liaison with funders.

Education

Master’s Degree in a discipline approved by the Department of Community Care Licensing.

Three years of full-time social work or casework employment in family or child welfare services, or two years in foster family or adoption agency.
