Job summary

Damar Services, LLC is hiring for an on-site Behavior Support role in Indianapolis, IN. This full-time position supports children with intellectual and developmental disabilities and autism across ABA clinics, residential/group home services, and community-based programs.

Qualifications

• Be at least 21 to work in Children's Residential program (18-21 for Direct Support Technician roles).
• Provide formal proof of a high school diploma or GED.
• Valid Indiana driver's license and driving record per insurance.
• No felony convictions or disqualifying charges.
• Complete pre-employment drug screen and physical.
• Background screening required and maintained.

Responsibilities

• Respond to and manage crisis situations.
• Implement behavior management plans to reduce maladaptive behaviors.
• Promote daily living, self-help and social skills.
• Maintain a safe and healthy environment.
• Conduct and supervise recreational and life enrichment activities.
