Job summary

23fifteen Living Options is seeking a qualified Behavior Modification Professional (QBMP) for a remote contractor role. The position requires in-person involvement at White Lane in Stockton for clinical review and supervision responsibilities, with collaboration across the interdisciplinary team and VMRC.

Responsibilities include conducting FBAs, developing IBSPs and IEIPs, reviewing data, providing direct behavioral assessment and interventions, and training DSPs, Lead DSPs, and RBTs.

Qualifications

• At least two years of experience designing, supervising, and implementing behavioral services.
• Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities.
• Experience conducting FBAs and developing behavioral support plans.
• Experience training or supervising RBTs and direct-care staff.
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to provide services in person at White Lane EBSH in Stockton.

• Train and coach DSPs, Lead DSPs, and RBTs in implementation of behavioral plans and positive behavior supports.
• Provide RBT supervision when assigned.
• Participate in monthly IBST meetings and other clinically necessary meetings.
• Conduct fidelity, competency, and data-quality reviews.
• Participate in significant incident and behavioral debriefing when clinically indicated.
• Collaborate with the Administrator and interdisciplinary team to support consistent implementation of behavioral services.

The QBMP provides clinical behavioral oversight and works collaboratively with the Facility Administrator, direct support staff, RBTs, individuals served, families, Valley Mountain Regional Center (VMRC), and other members of the interdisciplinary team. Clinical Systems & Documentation

White Lane utilizes Rethink Behavioral Health (RethinkBH) for behavioral programming, data collection, clinical review, and related documentation.

Consulting hours are documented through Gusto, with a clear description of the professional activity performed.

Additional clinical, documentation, timekeeping, performance, and service expectations will be outlined in the QBMP Consulting Agreement.

Minimum Qualifications

• At least two years of experience designing, supervising, and implementing behavioral services.

• Trauma-informed care and positive behavior supports.

Compensation

Independent contractor compensation starts at $125 per hour and will be determined based on experience, qualifications, and scope of responsibilities.
