Job summary

EMCOR Services MSI - Mechanical Services is seeking a BAS Installation Foreman to lead install teams installing energy management systems. The role focuses on conduit, wiring, devices, and control panels, with emphasis on safety, accuracy, and teamwork.

Ideal candidates bring 5–10+ years in BAS, strong leadership, and the ability to interpret blueprints and PTD drawings. Florida driver's license required, on-site work in Orlando, FL.

Qualifications

• 5-10+ years’ experience in BAS industry is highly desired.
• Must be able to work independently, with minimal supervision, or in a team atmosphere.
• Must have a valid Florida Driver's License.

Responsibilities

• Lead install teams with conduit, wire, and devices for energy management systems.
• Read blueprints and project scope to guide installation sequencing.
• Train apprentices and installers in the field.
• Layout Mechanical Room for conduit and device locations.
• Troubleshoot and repair circuits, wiring, and networks using a multimeter.
• Attend job site meetings to discuss workflow and progress.
