Job summary

cFocus Software seeks a Mid-Level AV/VTC Technician to join our program supporting the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC). This on-site role is based at EEOC Headquarters in Washington, DC and requires the ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance.

You will operate and troubleshoot AV/VTC systems, support teams for live, virtual, and hybrid events, and maintain equipment inventories. Strong communication and customer-service skills are essential to coordinate with executives,

Qualifications

• Six+ years of AV/VTC experience in enterprise environments similar to EEOC.
• Experience operating Teams, Zoom, Webex, and Poly RealPresence in live, virtual, and hybrid events.
• Strong ability to troubleshoot audio/video hardware, software, and network issues and escalate when needed.
• Professional command of English and ability to document maintenance and tickets clearly.

Responsibilities

• Operate, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot AV/VTC systems in conference rooms and hybrid environments.
• Provide operational support for Teams, Zoom, Webex, Poly RealPresence, and related platforms.
• Schedule, manage, and monitor virtual meetings; resolve routine connectivity issues.
• Support setup, rehearsal, and execution of official events, including hearings and town halls.
• Document tickets, maintenance records, and system configurations; monitor system health.
