Job summary

cFocus Software seeks a Senior AV/VTC Technician to support the EEOC, onsite at EEOC Headquarters in Washington, DC. The role requires the ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance and involves coordinating AV/VTC for high-visibility events.

Responsibilities include maintaining enterprise AV/VTC systems, providing expert support for Teams/Zoom/Webex/Poly, and overseeing live events and post‑production workflows. Travel may be required for events and site evaluations.

Qualifications

Minimum ten years of professional AV/VTC experience in an enterprise environment.
Experience supporting AV/VTC equipment across distributed field offices.
Proficient with Teams, Zoom, Webex, Poly RealPresence.
Strong diagnostic and root-cause analysis skills.
Ability to obtain Public Trust clearance.
On-site work at EEOC Headquarters in Washington, DC.

Responsibilities

Operate and troubleshoot enterprise AV/VTC systems in conference rooms and hybrid environments.
Provide senior support for Teams, Zoom, Webex, Poly RealPresence and webinars.
Schedule, connect locations, monitor quality, and resolve issues.
Support planning, setup, rehearsal, and execution of official events.
Configure and maintain VTC endpoints, codecs, DSPs, and displays.
Perform live switching, audio mixing, recording, and post-event support.
Document maintenance and asset tracking and lifecycle management.
