Job summary

Audio Video Connections is recruiting a Sales, Service & Marketing Coordinator to join our on-site team in Tulsa. You will coordinate sales, service, and marketing activities, support proposals, and help manage projects for home theater, smart home, and AV installations.

The role requires strong organization, writing, and marketing skills with a focus on customer service. We offer an in-person work environment with a schedule of 7:30 am–4:30 pm and a salary range reflecting experience.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational and communication skills required.
• Experience with content creation and marketing is preferred.
• Ability to follow directions and see tasks through to completion.
• Attention to detail in scheduling, proposals, and inventory.

Responsibilities

• Answer customer calls, gather information, and ensure timely follow-up.
• Track technicians’ daily assignments and communicate schedule changes to team and customers.
• Prepare draft proposals from owner’s notes for review and sending.
• Create social media content and ads, build email campaigns, and update website content.
• Assist with Google Ads campaigns and review results with the owner.
• Maintain warehouse and vehicle inventory records and stage equipment for upcoming jobs.
