AMS is seeking a highly organized on-site AV Project Manager in La Crosse, WI to lead commercial and luxury residential integration projects. You will coordinate designers, engineers, and installers to deliver on time, within scope, and on budget, while maintaining exceptional customer satisfaction.

Experience with blueprints, MS Project, Smartsheet, and AV systems is essential. This role requires strong communication, multitasking, and a hands-on approach to problem solving.

Qualifications

• Interpret blueprints and specifications with advanced accuracy.
• Proficient in MS Project, Smartsheet, Microsoft Office, and Google Sites.
• Strong math and communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and teams simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage AV integration projects in commercial and luxury home environments.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.
• Collaborate with Account Executives, Project Administrators, Supervisors, and installation team.
• Bridge client expectations with design specs and field implementation.
