Job summary

C.H. Robinson is seeking a Compliance Analyst to strengthen import compliance and protect our clients’ supply chains across the United States and Canada.

You will review documentation, classifications, valuations, and regulatory requirements while partnering with brokers and internal teams to support smooth operations. This role follows a Thursday through Monday schedule with specific on-call hours for weekends and selected weekdays.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in custom/import compliance or related field.
• Evening and weekend coverage required to support client and business operations.

Responsibilities

• Support on-site automotive client operations and act as a trusted resource for North American import compliance.
• Manage daily trade compliance activities per U.S. and Canadian regulations, client procedures, and company policies.
• Review commercial documentation, purchase orders, and customs entry data for accuracy and regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate with designated customs brokers to support import operations, clearance, and issue resolution.
• Validate Right to Make Entry documentation, HTS classifications, and Country of Origin determinations.
