Job summary

Motorenn Inc. seeks a meticulous Bookkeeper to maintain accurate records in a fast-paced automotive retail and e-commerce setting in the Los Angeles area. You will handle journal entries, bank and card reconciliations, and AP/AR while supporting month-end close and reporting.

Collaborating with operations and management, you will ensure transactions reflect vehicle purchases, sales, and related fees, maintaining internal controls and compliance in a hands-on, on-site role based in LA.

Qualifications

• Accurate recording of daily transactions and general ledger maintenance.
• Experience preparing internal financial statements for reporting and decision-making.
• Proficiency with accounting software and digital tools used for finance and operations.
• Knowledge of cash flow, revenue recognition, and expense tracking.

Responsibilities

• Record journal entries and reconcile bank and credit card accounts.
• Manage accounts payable and receivable and assist with invoicing.
• Assist with month-end and year-end closings and financial statements.
• Track inventory-related transactions and ensure data reflects purchases and sales.
