Job summary

Aequor in South San Francisco, CA is seeking an Automation Specialist to support cell culture automation initiatives on-site. You will help design, program, and troubleshoot automated workflows and liquid handling systems, ensuring reliable operation and data integrity.

Required candidates will have hands-on experience with Hamilton, Biomek, Opentron and BioTek washers, plus familiarity with LIMS and automation scheduling software.

Qualifications

Must have experience in automation of cell culture.
Hands-on experience in Laboratory automation / liquid handling.
Experience operating, programming, and integrating automation instrumentation (Hamilton, Biomek, Opentron, BioTek washers).
PhD with 0-3 years of experience or Masters with 4-6 years of experience in relevant fields is required.
Experience with automation scheduling software (e.g. GreenButtonGo, Thermo Momentum, HiRes Cellario) highly preferred.
Experience with LIMS.
Hands-on experience with Automation troubleshooting/Automation instrumentation integration.
Must have experience with Cell based assays.
