Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated seeks an experienced Automation Engineer to design, develop, and implement automation control systems for industrial processes and warehouse equipment at the North Haven site.

You will lead and mentor junior engineers, troubleshoot PLC/PC controllers, and coordinate with operations and support teams to improve MHE performance while adhering to safety and change-management procedures. Strong English skills and a 4-year degree are required.

Qualifications

• Requires a 4-year degree or equivalent.
• Ability to lead, train, and mentor automation engineers.
• Proficiency with CMMS, coordinating maintenance with stakeholders.
• Strong verbal and written English; good policy interpretation.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, implement, and optimize automation control systems and software.
• Maintain and troubleshoot PLC/PC controllers and industrial networks.
• Follow documentation and Automation Change Management procedures.
• Collaborate with operations, engineering, and support teams to optimize MHE systems.
