Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or knowledge equivalent to a 4-year degree.
Proven ability to lead, train, and mentor automation engineers.
Proficiency with CMMS, troubleshooting, and coordinating with multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and implement automation control systems for industrial processes and warehouse equipment.
Maintain and troubleshoot PLC/PC controllers and industrial networks.
Lead root cause analysis and continuous improvement projects to optimize performance and cost.
Mentor Apprentices to meet safety and technical standards.
