Job summary

Knudtsen Foothills Lincoln Mazda is seeking a Mobile Service Technician to perform on-site repairs and service by traveling to customer locations. Diagnose issues, perform repairs, and ensure customer satisfaction with a focus on Ford/Lincoln vehicles.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of automotive technician experience (Ford/Lincoln preferred).
• Ford STARS training or ASE certifications desirable.
• Proficiency with Ford diagnostic systems (IDS, FDRS, OASIS).
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage a mobile service schedule.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Dexterity with good hand-eye coordination.
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers and team.
• Pass pre-employment screening including background check and drug screen.
• Basic computer skills required.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and repairs at customer locations (oil changes, filter replacements, diagnostics).
• Conduct multi-point inspections and diagnostic tests using Ford tools.
• Communicate service details and future maintenance needs to customers.
• Maintain service and inventory records; complete paperwork and payments.
• Follow safety/compliance protocols; perform shop duties when not on mobile jobs.
• Represent Ford Lincoln brand with professionalism.
